Welcome to SAGE’s Catering Services. Whether you’re planning a simple breakfast or a gala, you’ll find our most popular menu selections in this guide. We can also custom design your menu for any occasion. We’ll meet all your needs (such as special services or dietary restrictions) with style and creativity. We’re excited to work with you to make your event memorable, and we’ve created a system to make ordering food and beverages as easy as possible. Simply call your SAGE Dining Services® office and your Catering Supervisor will walk you through the process. We make every event a special event!

So that we can best serve you, please use these guidelines in planning your event.

What We Need to Know at Time of Booking:

An Estimated Guest Count - (must have a final guest count no later than 72-hours prior to the event date).

Final billing will reflect the guest-count guarantee or the actual guest count, whichever is higher. Any orders cancelled after these times will be invoiced.

Timelines:

Reserving an event is requested at least 10 days in advance for proper purchasing and staffing of your needs.

To cancel an event, please provide at least seven days’ notice. Otherwise, all costs incurred for the function will be invoiced.

Room Location and Setup:

Please be sure to book your room location and setup needs with your facilities contacts.

Labor:

Additional charges for labor will apply to any event held during nonoperational days. Bartenders, Wait Staff, and Chef Attendants are available for a minimum of two hours per person for an additional cost.

Pricing:

All items are priced per person unless otherwise noted.

Pricing includes disposable service.

Linen, and china are available by request per item at an additional charge. Please inform us of your needs and table layout as soon as it’s known.

Other:

No hard liquor is allowed to be served on campus unless it is pre-mixed and served in a container by a certified bartender.
